At GUESS Watches, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return your unworn watch in its original packaging within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to return.

  Print Prepaid Label

  Once your request is submitted, a prepaid UPS shipping label will be generated for you to print and attach to your return package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely place your watch in its original gift box and shipping carton, ensuring all protective films are intact, then drop it off at any authorized UPS location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned item, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment within 7 to 10 business days.
